Surely not. \nFor those who agree\, Goose Island Beer Co.\, Do314\, and The Midwestern are partnering up for a one-of-a-kind event that will showcase just how perfectly BBQ and beer can match up together when done just right. \nFirst up is a beer pairing competition that will seek to identify which sampling of The Midwestern’s highly anticipated BBQ pairs best with Goose Island 312 Urban Wheat Ale. The first 100 guests to arrive will receive a token for a complimentary 312 beer they can enjoy as part of the competition. Items from Midwestern’s menu that receive the most votes will be crowned the 312 Day Champs! \nAlso taking place is BBQ bingo – hosted by Rafe Williams (Flyover Comedy Fest) – in which winners will get the opportunity to bring home delish BBQ from The Midwestern\, swag from Goose Island\, gift cards\, and a whole lot more. \nClosing out the night is live entertainment provided by the fantastic Saint Boogie Brass Band.
