All of the Flatliner members have been playing music for the last 20 years in various other top talent bands such as Hick Town\, Borderline\, Ballaster Crew\, Locrian Manor\, Grain of Sand\, & 40 oz. to Freedom and as a collective have opened for numerous national acts.\n\n\nSome of these include Lonestar\, Joe Nichols\, David Nail\, Randy Owen (Alabama)\, Shenandoah\, Bryan White\, Exile\, Dee Snider (Twisted Sister)\, Jamie O’Neal\, Gretchen Wilson\, Josh Gracin (American Idol)\, & The Bellamy Brothers performing at large venues such as the St. Louis Gateway International Raceway\, Riverport Amphitheater\, IL State Fair\, Fair St. Louis\, Alton IL Expo\, Sangamon County Fair\, Macoupin County Fair\, Wild Country\, Keener Plaza\, & Jefferson City Rodeo. Although Flatliner is a newer collaboration\, they have already been performing at multiple venues and events around the St. Louis area as well as opening for Bryan White and are continuing to grow their reach.

DESCRIPTION:Live at the Station at the Midwestern! \nJeremiah Johnson Band! \nBorn and raised in St. Louis\, Jeremiah Johnson is the voice of Mississippi River blues blending with the struggles of everyday life.  He began learning guitar at age 6\, drawing inspiration from his rich St. Louis blues heritage and legendary guitarists\, like Alvin Lee\, Eric Clapton and Hank Williams Sr. and Jr.  With these influences\, Johnson began building his musical foundation. \nAfter relocating to Houston\, TX\, in 1999\, Johnson finished in first place for three consecutive years at the Houston Regional Blues Challenges\, sponsored by the Houston Blues Society.  Johnson returned to St. Louis in 2009\, and merged Texas style with STL blues to create the unique sound you hear today.  The 10 years Johnson lived and performed in Texas changed his musical style in ways you can still hear in his music today.

DESCRIPTION:  \nJakes leg LIVE at the Station! \nDeadheads in St. Louis know Jake’s Leg.  The band has been providing music for the scene for over 43 years\, playing thousands of shows to generations of like-minded fans who just wanna keep on dancin’.  Maybe you’ve heard them in some dumpy little bar like the old Twenty North or at Busch Stadium: they’ve played ’em all and continue to do so on a regular basis.  And the band keeps growing. \nStarted as a duo by guitarists and vocalists Randy Furrer and Tim Fahy in the mid-1970s\, lead guitarist Dave Casper soon joined the fold.  Players were added and the music grew\, friends came and went.  Some of them had 10-year-or-longer stints with Jake’s Leg\, which is a long career for most non-touring rock bands.  Bassist Joe Trunko came on board in 1990\, followed in 1991 by keyboardist Bill Noltkamper\, completing the core four that have been playing and singing together for the past 26 years. Ryan Wilhite\, after a short stint as percussionist\, took over the drum kit in 2005.  The sum of this is one of the longest-lasting bands in the country that plays a whole lot of your favorite songs and you’ll find them playing in and around St. Louis.

DESCRIPTION:Live at the Station! \nThe Bottoms Up Blues Gang features vocalist Kari Liston and guitarist Jeremy Segel-Moss with a gang of outstanding St. Louis musicians.  For almost 15 years\, The BUBG has toured the country performing a wide range of originals and covers in the styles of acoustic blues\, soul\, and jazz.  Born and raised in St. Louis\, The BUBG was heavily influenced by many of the St. Louis musical legends and continue to try and carry on that tradition.  The live shows are upbeat\, fun and full of the idea that we are all here to have a good time.

DESCRIPTION:Live at the Midwestern! Marquise Knox \nBorn St. Louis\,  Mo\, Marquise hails from a musical family deeply rooted in the Blues. He  learned how to play guitar from his grandmother Lillie. He also played with his uncle Clifford\, who was a major influence in Marquise’s life. For Marquise\, Blues is his heritage and  way of life. He spent his early teenage years in St. Louis mentoring  under the late great Blues legend\, N.E.A. (National Endowment of the Arts) Heritage Fellowship recipient  and Grammy Award winner Henry James Townsend. Marquise’s talents have  earned him performing rights with some of America’s most notable blues  performers such as blues  legends  B.B. King\, Pinetop Perkins and David “Honeyboy” Edwards (the  latter two also N.E.A. Heritage Fellows). He has also performed at dozens  of festivals\, and has toured all throughout Europe.

Her performance is homey\, engaging\, lyrically expressive\, and her voice is drenched in a soulful tenor and a honeyed twang.”\nAllie Vogler of St. Louis\, Missouri was born and raised in Little Rock\, Ar\, attended Central High School\, and busking in the Downtown River Market area in 2011 at the age of 18. 8 years later she is now a pronounced musician in the St. Louis music scene\, and plays with her notable bands River Kittens and AV & The Dirty Details.\n  \nThe Hollow Ends is a folk-rock band fronted by Saint Louis-based songwriter Zachary Schwartz. Mixing socially conscious lyrics with anthemic choruses and roots/Americana sounds with punk rock energy\, The Hollow Ends deliver a varied but cohesive and compelling musical package. Schwartz moves seamlessly between punchy\, driven punk reminiscent of Bad Religion or Pennywise\, and gorgeously arranged folk and roots music blanketed in delicate harmonies that bring to mind Brown Bird\, Shakey Graves\, or Avett Brothers.
