Cherokee Moon is led by Nashville native and St. Louis local, Hal Pascale. Supported by the tasteful experimental harmonics and rhythms of lead guitarist Joe Sparks and renown fiddler, Sean Kamery, Cherokee Moon is known for their original mode writing and wide spectrum of sound with roots in swing, jazz, folk, and pop. Lyrically heavy and melodically sound, Cherokee Moon creates timeless music with a progressive edge on a mission to effectively express the complicated and universal emotions that most people struggle to articulate.
Members include Hal Pascale on Vocals, Ukulele, and piano, Joe Sparks on lead guitar and drums, Sean Kamery on Fiddle, Chris Powers on upright bass, Ian Buschmann on Baritone Sax and clarinet, and a behind the scenes team including transcriptionist Richie Darling, and photographer Kylin Hairston. Cherokee Moon is also known for their session horn line and larger than life energy.
